You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when browsing, creating an account, placing an order, or contacting Cerin. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

We aim to present product descriptions, ingredients, directions, prices, images, and availability as accurately as possible. Packaging, appearance, or product details may change from time to time, and screen settings may affect how products appear.

Skincare results vary by individual. Customers should read product labels, follow directions, and perform a patch test before using a new skincare product. If irritation or an unusual reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Cerin may confirm, decline, adjust, or cancel an order where necessary, including for product unavailability, inaccurate information, payment issues, suspected fraud, courier limitations, or pricing or listing errors.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is the price shown when the order is placed, together with any shipping charges shown at checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing, payment, contact, and delivery information.

Cerin delivers orders across Pakistan through available courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote-area service, or events outside Cerin's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Current shipping charges and return rules are described in our Shipping & Return Policy.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only when the product remains unused, unopened, sealed, intact, and in its original packaging and condition. Change-of-mind return courier charges are paid by the customer and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Eligible refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Damaged, leaked, or incorrect orders are handled separately through our verified replacement process. Full conditions are available in our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Return Policy.

The Cerin name, logo, website design, product images, descriptions, graphics, and other original brand content are owned by or licensed to Cerin and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, transmit malicious code, scrape or collect information in an unauthorized manner, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

If you voluntarily submit reviews, suggestions, or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and permit Cerin to use it for operating, improving, and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Cerin's online store is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through the store are transactions between the customer and Cerin. We may also use courier services, payment providers, analytics, advertising, communication, and other third-party services to operate the store.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Some information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate the website, process orders, deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its services are provided on an "as available" basis. Cerin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cerin is not responsible for loss or harm caused by product misuse, failure to follow usage instructions, known personal allergies, or use contrary to professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Cerin may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The latest version will be posted on this page. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by courts or authorities of competent jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.
